Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Rowland Brothers Moving for your trailer rental needs. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both you and us, please take a moment to review our rental policy outlined below.

 

Booking and Reservations:

• Reservations can be made through our website's booking form or by contacting us directly.

• We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired rental dates, as availability may be limited.

 

Rental Duration:

• Rentals are available on a daily basis.

• A "day" refers to a the time period mentioned on the booking page.

• For longer rentals, please contact us directly by phone, email or using our contact form.

Pickup and Return:

• Trailers can be picked up during our regular business hours, and they must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

 

Driver Requirements:

• The renter and any authorized drivers must possess a valid driver's license.

• All drivers must adhere to local traffic laws and regulations.

 

Usage Restrictions:

• The trailer's weight capacity must not be exceeded.

• Only authorized drivers are allowed to tow the trailer.

• The trailer is not to be used for illegal activities or purposes that breach local laws.

 

Insurance:

• Our trailers are not automatically covered by insurance.

• Renters are encouraged to check with their personal auto insurance provider to determine if trailer rentals are covered under their policy.

• Please contact us with your questions regarding insurance.

 

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit may required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or late returns.

• The security deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the trailer, provided there are no damages or violations.

 

Cancellations and Modifications:

• Cancellations made 2 days prior to the pickup date are eligible for a full refund.

• Modifications to reservations, such as changes in pickup dates, must be requested 48 hours before the original pickup time.

 

Cleaning and Return Condition:

• The trailer should be returned in the same condition it was received, free of debris and cleaned.

• A cleaning fee may be assessed if the trailer is returned excessively dirty.

 

Damage and Repairs:

• The renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.

• Damages will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

Late Returns:

• Late returns may result in additional rental charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Limitation of Liability:

• Rowland Brothers Moving is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our rental trailers.
